Job Description
As a Logistics Assistant/Officer at Mighty Bakery Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s logistic operations. Your duties will include:
- Extracting and collecting data to prepare accurate logistics reports using Pivot Table, VLOOKUP including fuel consumption and vehicle maintenances for management and Finance department.
- Working closely with other related departments to ensure efficient performance on vehicle maintenance handling.
- Reviewing fuel truck consumption needed (if necessary) before approval by Manager.
- Administering daily administration work including workshop invoicing, summon, petrol card, etc.
- Analyzing and monitoring monthly fuel consumptions to ensure cost effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin/ Accounting or equivalent.
- More than 1 year of Sales Administration/ Accounts experience.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Proficiency in mathematics.
- Computer literacy is compulsory, proficient in MS-Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to communicate independently and correspond with branch supervisor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
