Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the CEO, General Manager, and Finance Manager.
- Utilizing the provided inventory system.
- Recording delivery notes, invoices, and related documents.
- Assisting finance in daily customer payment records.
- Managing stock in and out, ensuring daily sales summaries tally.
- Confirming stock entries and exits.
- Planning inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Conducting weekly physical checks of random products.
- Assisting with SOP, ISO, and CRM implementation.
- Regularly updating received Purchase Orders.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract Length: 12 months
Salary: RM2,100.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
