Job Description
- Prepare and process invoices and delivery orders to customers
- Preparing shipping documents (i.e. commercial invoices, packing list and airway bills)
- Follow up and track suppliers’ orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Assist in receiving new shipments of products and checking them for accuracy and completeness
- Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
- Arranging shipments, logistics and to track and trace consignments
- Assist in maintaining stock inventories
- Attend to various ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,300.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
