Job Description

Salary: RM 2,300 – RM 3,500
Working Hours: Monday – Friday
The main purpose of this role is to ensure shipping and freight forwarding matters/processes are sustained for smooth operations.
Job Scope:
- To drive, follow up, and expedite both import and export activities, including custom clearance, shipping document preparation, and permit application.
- Responsible for inventory management, inventory movement, stock counting, stock control, and other related inventory tasks.
- Perform all assigned logistical tasks accurately, such as goods loading, unloading, receiving, issuing, labeling, sorting, picking, and repacking.
- Coordinate delivery and pick-up schedules.
- Request related documents from HQ for product retrieval and stock management.
- Monitor performances, develop plans to improve delivery and supply performance, as well as logistic processes, and implement measures for improvement.
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency, with consistent reporting.
- Produce monthly inventory level and movement reports.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory and logistics management will be considered.
- Computer literate – mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Keen attention to details and able to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Proficient in MS Office.
