Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Logistic Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

Submitting E8 documentation to Customs
Handling invoice submissions for Singapore transporters and vendors
Issuing monthly back charge memos for pallet rentals
Processing cash reimbursement claims
Compiling CO₂ reports and preparing E8 summaries for Finance
Monitoring pallet provisions and documentation for shipments

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related fields
1-2 years of experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Contract (3 months)

Pay: RM1,700.00 – RM2,200.00 per month
