Job Description
As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assistance to visitors at our establishment. Your main duties include greeting guests, directing them to their destinations, and offering information about our services.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
