Job Description
Location: Bandar Seri Permaisuri (Near LRT Salak Selatan – 50 meters)
Salary Rate:
- RM 1500 – 200 (Depends on experience in the collection field)
- Commission
- Attendance Bonus
- EPF + SOCSO + EIS
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm), Saturday (9:00am – 1:00pm)
Job Description:
- Responsible for contacting customers and collecting debts/ providing payment reminders/ notifications for overdue payments.
- Achieve individual and group targets to qualify for Incentive Scheme.
- Assist customers in payment arrangements.
- Ensure timely payments and provide scheduled reminders for each account.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have at least SPM qualification.
- Computer literate.
- Proficient in spoken Malay/ English language.
- Positive mindset and ability to work under reasonable pressure.
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Banking, and related industries is an advantage.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.
