Job Description
Job Summary
We are currently seeking Live Chat Agents to support our cryptocurrency and electric appliances projects. This opportunity is with Glob Pro BrainHunters, a leading Experience solution company based in Malaysia. Immediate availability is required.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
- Age range: 18 to 35 years old.
- Prior experience in Customer Support or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Cryptocurrency industry is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and handle tough cases with patience.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including midnight shifts.
- Stable internet connection at home.
- 1-year contract (renewable).
- Inbound Live Chat support, no calls.
- Candidates required to attend training in office (Cyberjaya) and WFH upon successfully passing the assessment.
- Training period: 1-2 weeks.
Benefits
- Fully remote work after the training period (2 weeks).
- Basic Salary: RM2800 to RM3500 (experience-based).
- KPI Allowance: RM200 (performance-based).
- Night Shift Allowance: RM200 (pro-rated for night shifts).

Salary: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
