Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and fluent Mandarin speaker to join our team as a Live Chat representative. As a Live Chat representative, your primary responsibility will be to communicate efficiently and effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers.
You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Strong oral and written communication skills in Mandarin are essential for this role.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
