Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through live chat conversations on our website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in real-time conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our products/services.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and assist with order tracking and product recommendations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products/services, staying updated on any changes or new releases.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a live chat agent or customer service representative is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage time to meet customer needs.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using live chat software applications and basic computer skills.
