Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Legal Manager at i-City Shah Alam. This position requires a strong understanding of legal principles and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and staff on a wide range of legal issues.
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Manage and oversee external legal counsel.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise on potential impact on the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Legal Manager.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
