Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team on a regional level. As the Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the company in all aspects of business operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide sound legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, including contract negotiation, risk management, compliance, and general legal support.
- Manage and strategically handle legal disputes and litigation, while ensuring that the company’s interests are protected.
- Review and advise on various legal agreements, such as vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and customer agreements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal trends that may impact the company’s operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role, preferably in a regional capacity.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
