Job Description
- Preparing new and renewal Tenancy Agreement for Sub-Tenant.
- Drafting any letter as requested by superior from time to time.
- Follow up with Sub-Tenant consistently on Tenancy Agreement execution and proceed with stamping at LHDN.
- Follow up closely on Sub-Tenant documents submission (e.g. SSM, NRIC, Tenancy Forms, Bank in slip, bank statement header, etc).
- Prepare Termination letter and deposit refund upon expiry.
- Monitor critical dates such as expiry dates, option to renew, termination, etc.
- Update master listing, weekly report, and monthly report.
- Preparation and tracking weekly report to notify Leasing Manager and Operation Manager on tenancy expiry for Sub-Tenant every end month.
- To attend and handle existing Sub-Tenant requirement, rental rebate, complaints, temporary closure, and others.
- Assist superior/Leasing Manager from time to time.
- Ensure all leasing documentation is in good order.
- Maintain good relation with other departments.
