Job Description:
As a Learning Manager, you’ll lead by example for our Team Members. You’ll create and oversee individual development plans, coordinate training activities, and provide support for learning opportunities. Additionally, you’ll advise the Property Leadership Team on enhancing team skills for superior customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- College degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Previous training & development experience
- Strong communication, training, and presentation skills
- Passion for leadership
