Job Description
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing training programs to address skill gaps and development needs
- Creating engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and presentations
- Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Collaborating with department managers to identify training needs and aligning them with company goals
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning & development
