Job Description
As ThunderQuote expands as an organization, we are working towards a stronger organization culture for scale and sustainability. We are now looking for a suitable candidate to support the work of Learning & Development (L&D) as part of our larger effort of Organization Development.
The incumbent will report into the Director or Corporate Development and be accountable for the following:
- Review and formulate capability development strategy and frameworks / policies
- Be responsible for the full spectrum of L&D processes to identify learning needs and ensure effectiveness of programs and program design, development, and implementation
- Oversee the measurement of learning effectiveness vis-à-vis a set of given metrics of the respective initiatives and programs
- Identify and introduce innovative and appropriate learning methodologies, learning intervention, and technologies to facilitate learning and transformative development
- Facilitate basic in-house workshops and learning platforms, while identifying and managing external learning service providers to deliver desired learning outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimally a diploma in any business management-related discipline
- A recognized L&D related certification is a strong advantage
- Minimally 3 years of relevant work experience in L&D and/or Organization Development (OD) in a structured environment
- Credentials and proven track records of achievement in L&D work
- Ability to conduct and/or facilitate workshops and/or classroom training, confident in delivering engaging presentations
- Strategic in thinking, meticulous in detail, system and process-driven
- Courage to challenge the status quo and propose constructive suggestions
- Value teamwork, collaboration, individual performance, and personal success
- Capable of effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels, from the founders to the staff
