Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Developing comprehensive training content on diverse entrepreneurial topics.
- Designing a structured and engaging content delivery framework.
- Creating captivating materials such as slides, workbooks, handouts, videos, activities, assignments, and interactive quizzes to maximize the learning experience.
- Leveraging technology to streamline content creation processes.
- Exhibiting proficient language skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, ensuring proper grammar and terminology.
- Conducting research on English articles and adeptly translating them into Bahasa Malaysia.
- Adapting content swiftly to accommodate last-minute changes and adjustments.
- Aligning content with the company’s values and recommending supplementary material that resonates with its mission.
- Organizing and archiving delivered content systematically.
- Conducting post-mortem evaluations to identify improvement opportunities post-delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communication majoring in Instructional Communication & Training, preferred.
- Strong instructional design and content development skills.
- Proficiency in crafting materials across various formats for comprehensive learning experiences.
- Proficient in Chatgpt and other AI technologies.
- Exceptional command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, with outstanding writing skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to evolving needs and challenges.
- Strong organizational skills for archiving and evaluation purposes.
- Passion for education and the drive to enhance the learning journey.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
