Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead FP&A Analyst to join our team. As a Lead FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis processes, providing key insights to support strategic decision-making.
You will be collaborating with various stakeholders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Key responsibilities include developing financial reporting packages, analyzing budget variances, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A roles.
