Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lab Manager to oversee our Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations. As the Lab Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize resources in the QA/QC lab, including equipment, materials, and personnel
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and precision in testing and analysis
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards
- Coordinate with other departments to address any quality-related issues and implement necessary corrective actions
- Train and supervise lab technicians and staff to maintain a high level of proficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, methods, and practices
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using lab equipment and software
