Job Description

We are currently seeking a Korean Native to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Travel Account. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Korean-speaking customers with their inquiries, booking reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with queries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and general travel information
  • Provide support and guidance to customers in booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
  • Reschedule or cancel bookings as per customer requests
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Korean language (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service or travel industry is preferred
