Job Description
We are currently seeking a Korean Native to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Travel Account. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Korean-speaking customers with their inquiries, booking reservations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with queries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and general travel information
- Provide support and guidance to customers in booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
- Reschedule or cancel bookings as per customer requests
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in Korean language (both spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service or travel industry is preferred
