Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Collections Officer to join our team at KREDIT RAKYAT. The primary role involves assisting with the collection of outstanding debts by contacting clients, informing them of their dues, and negotiating payment plans. A successful candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and mathematical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities include reviewing debt lists, advising customers on payment options, maintaining payment records, and, if necessary, initiating legal action. This full-time position offers a monthly salary ranging from RM2,00.00 to RM5,00.00 along with various benefits such as a flexible schedule and opportunities for promotion.
