As a Klook Customer Service Representative, you will be an important ambassador for our brand. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, helping to answer traveler’s questions, assisting them in resolving difficulties, and ensuring they have the best travel experience. Our team values quality and efficiency and always strives to maintain a customer-centric approach.
In this role, you will communicate with customers from around the world, addressing their needs and issues. It is a challenging and rewarding position where you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about travel and knowledgeable about travel destinations and experiences.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, while remaining calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organization and time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
