A. Job Summary

Kitchen Helper plays a vital role in assisting kitchen operations, particularly in preparing and producing quality food items. Responsibilities include aiding in cooking processes, presenting menu items, and maintaining a clean work environment.

B. Minimum Education and Skills

1. Certificate in culinary arts or kitchen experience.

2. Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.

3. Ability to multitask.

4. Strong attention to food safety and sanitation.

5. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced staff.

C. Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in food preparation.

2. Ensure kitchen area is kept clean.

3. Properly organize supplies in allocated storage areas.

4. Assist in grilling, baking, cooking, cutting (vegetables, meat, seafood).

5. Ensure menu items are properly arranged and act as a runner when needed.

6. Assist in preparing orders to set standards.

7. Work collaboratively with kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month
