Job Description
- Cashiering, taking orders from customer & delivery platforms
- Manage shop operations & ensuring smooth operations
- Preparation of desserts, ice creams, and beverages ingredients according to SOP
- Ensure a neat, clean, hygienic & tidy workplace at all times
- Promote target product items
- Perform opening & closing duties
- Verify stock delivery and inventory management
- Managing customers queries if any, provide good customer service. Positive work attitude & able to work as a team.
Requirements
