Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team. As a Key Accounts Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and nurture relationships with our key clients. You will be responsible for developing strategic plans to maximize sales and revenue growth, as well as ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in key account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
