Job Description

A Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients or accounts of a company. They play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maximizing profitability.

Key responsibilities of a Key Account Manager include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • Understanding clients’ goals, needs, and challenges
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver on clients’ expectations
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
