Job Description
A Key Account Manager is responsible for managing a company’s most important clients and building strong relationships to drive business growth. As a Key Account Manager at L’Oreal, you will be tasked with understanding client needs, developing strategies to meet these needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will be expected to leverage your strong communication and negotiation skills to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and upsell products or services to existing clients. In addition, you will collaborate with internal departments to coordinate customer support, resolve any issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Account Managers also play a crucial role in client retention and expansion. By analyzing market trends and identifying potential areas for growth, you will contribute to the development of sales strategies and target setting.
