Job Description
- Responsible for attaining sales, margin, and profit objectives as established.
- Constantly update the changing market trends and product consumption, and provide recommendations and strategies to maximize the situation.
- Identify new sales prospects and assist in contract negotiations for significant distribution deals.
- Direct and oversee the supervision of assigned personnel, including work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and personnel action recommendations.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing strategies in line with the company’s objectives for product lines.
- Participate in product development based on market trends and needs.
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials such as price lists, brochures, and other modes to enhance sales.
- Assess market competition by comparing the company’s products and prices with competitors.
- Ensure that merchandise and supplies meet specified quality, delivery, and availability guidelines.
- Perform any ad-hoc projects assigned by HOD/Management as required.
