Job Description
A Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts to ensure long-term business partnerships. They are the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals. The Key Account Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Create and execute account plans to achieve targets and business objectives
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
