Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager (Ecommerce) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our key accounts within the ecommerce industry.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our valued clients. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Your main goal will be to drive sales, increase revenue, and maximize profitability.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to develop and execute strategic plans to grow our business with key accounts. You will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in key account management within the ecommerce industry
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
