Job Description
A Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with key clients. They are responsible for managing a portfolio of major accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to grow key accounts
- Understanding clients’ needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Acting as the main point of contact for key clients
- Negotiating contracts and agreements
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver results
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
