Job Description
A Key Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients. They act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and driving revenue growth. They will create and implement account strategies, manage customer expectations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
In order to succeed in this role, candidates should have a proven track record in account management, strong business acumen, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships. A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
