Job Description
1. Report directly to the Development Manager.
2. Responsible for the development of IKA/LKA channels and achieving sales targets.
3. Strengthen trade positioning through regular business reviews and visits, fostering trade relationships.
4. Review and renew national contracts/trade terms annually.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient execution.
6. Monitor team key performance outcomes and provide feedback.
7. Plan promotions for at least 3 months of continuity.
8. Manage and utilize MT funds for optimum ROI.
9. Extract insights for company strategy from post-assessment analysis.
10. Engage in trade category management decisions.
11. Execute tasks delegated by superiors.
