Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Visit customers as and when the needed
  • Maintain good relationship with customer
  • To provide correct and accurate information to customer
  • To follow up with customer on contract renewal
  • Negotiate pricing with customer
  • Negotiate contracts with customer and meeting established deadlines
  • Handling Ad-Hoc project

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Records Management or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
  • Must be able to interact with customers and all levels of staff.
  • Detail-oriented and able to pay close attention to details when working on a task or project

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
