Job Description

Join Ninja Van as a Key Account Executive in the Fulfillment department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer support. Your duties will include coordinating with stakeholders, managing inquiries, and enhancing customer retention through value propositions. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or operations, particularly in the 3PL logistics sector. A strategic, innovative mindset and strong multitasking abilities are essential for success. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu is required; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
