Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Finance team as a KERING Assistant Accountant O2C. In this role, you will be responsible for the Order to Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record customer invoices and receipts in accordance with accounting policies and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Perform monthly closing activities, including reconciling accounts receivable balances and analyzing variances
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing requested documentation and explanations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline O2C processes and drive efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or O2C role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
