- Diploma SPM / O Level/ SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level or Equivalent
- Good in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Words
- Good Communication Skill
- Can Work Under Pressure
- Can Work Over Time
- Payment Voucher, Delivery Order, and Airway bills Postage
- Reply whatsapp
- Type Data Base Customer
- Manage Office Equipment
- Send Emails or Letters to Specific Organizations or Companies
- Assist General Manager in preparing reports and meeting minutes
- Perform assigned tasks following supervisor’s instructions
- Organize files systematically
- Ensure a Clean and Neat Workplace
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction
