• Ensure smooth processes for incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse.
• Record stock movements and maintain organized filing of received documents.
• Verify that physical stock matches system quantities.
• Prepare reports on current stock upon request from management.
• Update new items in the QFile Server.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.

Requirements:

• Proactive in ensuring accurate stock management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Effective communication skills.
• Able to work in an organized manner.
