Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1) Manage office files and documents.
2) Enter data and prepare summary reports.
3) Assist in processing work-related expense claims.
4) Liaise with the Accounts Department for transactions & follow-ups.
5) Support daily office tasks.
Qualifications:
1) Minimum SPM.
2) Proficient in computer usage (Word & Excel).
3) Basic accounting skills or experience is a plus.
4) Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions and work independently.
5) Own transportation required.
6) Work experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
