Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef specializing in pastry to join our team. As a Junior Sous Chef – Pastry, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of our dessert menu.
You will work closely with our Head Pastry Chef to develop new recipes, oversee the production of pastries, cakes, and other sweets, and ensure that our offerings are of the highest quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and training the junior pastry team members to maintain consistency and excellence in our dessert operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry and previous experience in a similar role. You should possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to dessert preparation are also essential.
