Job Description
Are you passionate about creating culinary masterpieces? We are currently seeking a skilled Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Marriott International, Inc.
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the daily operations of our busy kitchen. You will collaborate with the culinary team to prepare and present high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to our standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in menu planning and creation of new dishes
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments for special events and catering services
