Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Working with the secretarial team, providing support when necessary
- Assist the Exe. Secretary with handling all secretarial overflow matters and general administrative duties related to company secretarial functions.
- Implementing and maintaining an effective filing system
- Handling Administrative matters, such as handling P&C documentation for signing, credit card/invoices/billings payment processing with finance.
- Make travel and hotel accommodation arrangement, when required.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management-team, when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum possess SPM-level or Diploma in Secretary courses
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role
- Competent with Microsoft Office suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English
- Working location at Subang Jaya
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
