Job Description
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9.00AM – 6.00PM), Standby mode on Saturday (9.00AM – 1.00PM)
Job Description:
- Contact potential lead received from database and ensure lead received close.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate beauty products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, beauty products, and services.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our offerings and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Analyze competitor products and services to stay ahead in the market.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing progress and achievements.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
