Job Description
As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process by assisting in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various job positions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying qualified candidates for open positions through various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with the preparation of employment offers and other related documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
