Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team. As a Junior Recruiter, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for various positions within our company.
Your responsibilites will include:
- Reviewing resumes and conducting phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
- Assisting with the coordination of interviews and onboarding processes
- Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system
- Collaborating with the HR team to ensure a smooth recruitment process
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not required.
