Job Description
GAGASAN SENTRAL SDN BHD is seeking a motivated and skilled Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum Diploma or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics from a recognized institution and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities include preparing annual budgets, financial statements, cash flow projections, and measurement of works according to standard methods. Candidates must also establish rates based on first principles involving labor, plant, and materials. Excellent communication and supervisory skills are essential for this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM2,800.00 per month.
Schedule: Day shift.
