Job Description:

• Manage Purchase Orders and coordinate delivery.
• Ensure order processing meets customer needs.
• Check stock availability and liaise with production.
• Pre-plan delivery schedules, prepare weekly reports.
• Coordinate with drivers and vendors for timely delivery.
• Prepare Daily Delivery Orders and communicate with the warehouse.
• Monitor credit control and payment statuses.
• Communicate delivery details to customers.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Business preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 monthly
