Job Description
- Manage all aspects of human resources and employee relations.
- Manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, attendance management, payroll processing, training, and performance review.
- Handle foreign worker affairs such as passport and work permit applications, timely FOMEMA check-ups, and renewal submission to relevant authorities.
- Oversee workers’ hostel, ensuring facility upkeep, cleanliness, and inventory tracking.
- Prepare monthly reports on human resource matters.
- Reorganize and update filing system.
- Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
- Perform other assigned duties.
