Job Description
- Assist superior in handling full spectrum of human resource functions.
- Assist in onboarding process of recruitment.
- Maintain, update and file employee medical claim and leave record.
- Assist in foreign workers matters such as accommodation and welfare.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to training and performance evaluation.
- Assist in salaries and benefit preparation.
- Prepare memos, letters, and reports; ensure proper storage, updates, and maintenance of documents and confidential information.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the HOD from time to time.
