Job Description
1. To lead on staff recruitment process.
2. To prepare all HR related documentation.
3. To organize and maintain staff personnel records.
4. To assist on payroll and salary disbursement.
5. To cater staff issue related to HR matter.
6. To assist in booking runners for delivery purpose.
7. To create and key in regular report for sales.
8. To liaise with external partners for meeting purpose.
9. To assist on training coordination.
10. To assist on employee relation matter e.g. those related to SOCSO.
11. To manage employee performance with KPI.
12. To assist Manager in handling Industrial relation and disciplinary related issue.
13. Any other relevant task and assignment which will be communicated from time to time.
